Groupon Terms & Conditions
We thank you for purchasing your Groupon Voucher.
You will have recieved confirmation of the purchase via Groupon and your contract is currently between Groupon and yourself.
If you wish to cancel the voucher this can only be done via Groupon as it is Groupon you have paid money to.
Now you have your Voucher you should read the Fine Print carefully, it outlines the terms and conditions you have accepted as part of purchasing the Groupon. We have also given you a screenshot below of these terms as shown on your Voucher.
Please take your time to read the terms and conditions. The terms are non negotiable and non transferable.

- The Voucher is for New Clients only,regardless of treatment.
- The Voucher is valid Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm. Appointments outside these hours will be charged at full price, even if a voucher is produced at the appointment.
- A Patch Test is mandatory for all new clients, at least 48 hours before your treatment. The treatment will not be done if a patch test is not completed.
- If you cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours the groupon will be redeemed and your appointment and voucher will be null and void.
You must present your voucher at the time of booking sending it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to present the voucher will mean the booking is not confirmed.
Confirmation of the booking will be sent to you once we have recieved the voucher codes.
